I think zines are equivalent to Instagram photodumps. We come up with a concept/direction to document with meaning, intention or purpose. We collect from our own library (personal and public) of photos, books, muses, and life.
I worked on this zine from Sep 11 to Sep 25, 2026. This is approximately 2 weeks worth of emotional roller coaster, learning, and exploring. This is the period when we transition from summer to fall. We can all feel fall in the air but something is off. It’s too damn hot.
